5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Contact your bank for processing updates

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds.

Discounted or sale items are generally non-refundable, unless defective or covered by warranty.


7. Exchanges

We replace products only if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrectly supplied

To request an exchange, contact us with proof of purchase and product details.


8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product was defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item was damaged due to Schomax or logistics error

Important:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds where applicable

We recommend using trackable shipping or shipping insurance for valuable items.


9. Warranty-Related Returns

Products covered under manufacturer or Schomax warranty may qualify for repair, replacement, or technical support based on warranty terms.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by misuse
